First you will need to start a channel on youtube then you will need to decide what type of videos will get you views your goal is to get them viral!
I recommend things that are already viral, gaming videos, game modding, game glitches. You might as how do I get these videos?....Steal them! with this website here http://keepvid.com/ also you can find sites that are view for view type sites and you can just steal their videos on there. Right now videos from upcoming games like gta 5, watch dogs, and call of duty ghosts would be great videos to put up they can be fake or real videos. Keep in mind when you are taking these videos that you do not want it to be to much of a giveaway that you stole it from a famous youtuber because the chances of someone reporting you will go way up and most likely you will get a strike against you account so you can not have a partner for 6 months.
Now that you have your video you are going to want to start it off by giving it views I give mine 300 from auto refresh plus which is a google chrome extension but their are many more like it and for different browsers you could even just hit f5 over and over. Also you can try sites likehttp://www.enhanceviews.com/ to help increase your views. I have always found that even just putting 300 on it will help it get found by people much quicker than usual.
Now you are going to want to know where the money comes in?

If you are unfamiliar with how youtube money works ads are displayed on your video and you get part of the revenue. It is very easy to apply to the network and they will accept multiple accounts of your so if you get banned just come right back! You will need to view bot several videos to make sure you look like you will be making them money so they can accept you on to the network I recommend 10+ videos and max them to 300 before you apply and keep adding videos everyday and getting them to 300 views.
Mainly your goal will be to get by ever month without getting a strike and the best way to prevent that is to edit the video a bit or take ones that are hard to recognize.
With this guide I have given you the opportunity to earn money online you will just need to put some effort in it at first and slowly understand what will make you views and you could easily make good money every month. If you really want to apply yourself I recommend you make a few youtube accounts and get them all on the same network they allow you to use the same paypal for all.
